The word startup is the most buzzing word across tech community. Nowadays, we a see a spurt in the number of startups and even the success rate seem to have risen drastically with increase in the number of mobile users. Perhaps, the pandemic lockdown period has introduced a change in the digital lifestyle where people have become more comfortable to online services. Also, we see younger generation showing immense interest to work in startup with a pay cut to have a 360 degree learning. Nevertheless, working in a startup could be highly challenging due to non-hierarchical functioning and unorganized working culture. In such situations, the technical knowledge might not just be sufficient to thrive and prosper. One may need to consistently learn various soft skills and excel at the same.
